REMOTE SUPPORT
If you believe something is wrong with your Hearing System, please fill in the form in your Phone App and apply for remote help.
By doing this, you will give the service team in Oculaudio an access to your Hearing System (where ever you are in the world as long as you are connected to internet) and they can look into the system and see whats wrong.
Even better, If something is wrong with the software, the service team can find the issue, fix the code and upload a new fixed software to you.
